Gissurarson, University of Iceland and Academic Director of RNH, and Professor Ragnar Arnason, University of Iceland and Chairman of the Academic Council of RNH. Bjarni Benediktsson, Chairman of Independence Party, Iceland, gives a keynote speech at a dinner party. Also giving dinner talks are Ragnheidur Elin Arnadottir MP, Independence Party, Iceland, and Daniel Hannan.
